Weekly Work Wardrobe – A little bit of Amazon, Target, Loft..AND some REALLY good deals (you don’t want to miss)

Hello!

It’s been way too long, friends. I apologize for not getting the Weekly Work Wardrobe out over the last 3 weeks. My husband and I road tripped with the kiddos back to my homeland of Wisconsin over the 4th of July. 15 hours in the car you’d think I’d have all the time in the world to get a post out. Who was I kidding?!…every 5 minutes I was pulling out a game, a snack or the iPad to keep the boys entertained.

Once we arrived to my family’s cottage, we had no internet or cell service. So in order to get any sort of post out (FB, IG, Blog), I had to walk down the road and hope for a signal. So if you thought I was quiet most of July, it’s because I was. So instead of being frustrating and having social media FOMO, I took the time to live in the present and detach. I only get to see my family twice a year. Now that I am no longer working full time, it was the first time in 5 years where I was able to stay longer than 5 days and not feel stressed about getting back to work (or working while I was on vacation).

So now that I’m fully refreshed and ready to go, I want to thank you for visiting the site. If you’re new around here, welcome! Each week I post a series of outfits suitable for the work environment, but I also like to post finds that can crossover from work to weekend. This week was no exception with some great deals from Amazon, Target and Loft. I love Loft and if you haven’t hit up their sale, go check it out NOW! Hurry though…sizes are moving fast and I don’t know when it’s going to end!

X,

Kim

PS. For reference, I am 5’4″, 130 lbs and a 34 C.

This dress was a pleasant surprise! Available in over 10 colors, I love the sleeve detail. It’s modern and feminine. I tend to always reach for black so I ventured out with this purple color and was not disappointed!

What do you all think? Tucked in or out? I personally like the tucked in version, but if you’re looking for a more relaxed fit, the tucked out version works too!

These Loft pants have become a staple in my wardrobe. I initially ordering them thinking I wouldn’t like them, but they are my new favorite pants that I own in 3 colors.

The top also became a keep after I layered it over a the white cami. It is pretty sheer so you do need something underneath. This Spanx cami is perfect because it also helps suck in those oh-so-unforgiving areas in the stomach!

Don’t mind the little guy pouting off to the side! He’s mad because he just got told to stop licking the mirror.

Be sure to grab this adorable snakeskin pattern top while it’s on sale! It has a pink hue to it, which I love AND it’s 50% off today!

This last outfit is on the causal side, but if you take the sleeves over the shoulder, this could easily be worn at work. I personally like it better off the shoulders, but with kids hanging on me 24-7, the off-the-shoulder look isn’t as practical for me.
