Here’s an easy DIY cabinet painting project that can completely transform a space! 🤎 I’m refreshing my home office and painting two older cabinets to match my walls for that custom, built-in look without the custom price tag. If you’ve been wondering how to paint cabinets without stripping them down to bare wood, here’s what I’m doing: ✨ Clean and degrease the cabinets first. (I love Krud Kutter on Amazon) ✨ Lightly sand with 180 - 220-grit sandpaper. ✨ Remove all sanding dust. ✨ Use a quality cabinet paint. I chose Benjamin Moore Advance in a satin finish. Color Revere Pewter at -25%. ✨ Apply two thin coats, allowing proper drying time between coats. A little prep work can make such a difference!
