Low Sugar Jalapeño Pineapple Vodka Seltzer

This low calorie/low sugar drink is refreshing and so delicious! It uses only a few simple ingredients, many of which were already in my pantry!

If you’re like me, I can’t handle anything too sweet. This alcoholic drink is the perfect balance of sweet and spicy and I can’t wait for the temperatures to heat up so that we can start enjoying these at the shore!

Jalapeno Pineapple Vodka Seltzer

This low calorie/low sugar drink is refreshing and so delicious! It uses only a few simple ingredients, many which of were already in my pantry!

Ingredients

  • 1 shot Jalapeno Vodka You may also infuse regular vodka with jalapeños by letting it sit overnight
  • 2 tbsp Pineapple Juice
  • 6 oz Blood orange sparkling water I like Spindrift

Instructions

  • Combine 1 shot of jalapeño vodka, 2 tbsp of pineapple juice and 6 oz of sparkling seltzer water of choice.  My favorite is blood orange but lime and pineapple also work well!
  • Add ice and mix well.
  • Garnish with pineapple and jalapeño slices.

Notes

If you choose to infuse your own vodka, use a mason jar and pour desired amount into.  Slice jalapeños (I use 1 or 2) and drop into vodka mixture.  Put a lid on the mason jar and let sit overnight in a dark place. I also like to make a large batch if we are having a party or people over.  I use the following items:
  1. Large serving Container
  2. Plastic Glasses
  3. Cocktail Kit
  4. Serving Tray
  5. Succulents
