Cooking Pal Miso Cod and Potatoes
I followed the recipe for cooking the cod and potatoes, but I didn’t like the idea of mushing the cod, so I did modify the Cooking Pal’s recipe slightly. It really didn’t make the big of a difference because cooking the cod all the way through is half the battle in make cod!

Instructions
  1. Cut the baby potatoes in halves. (about 1″ in size)
  2. Add 17 oz of water to the mixing bowl. You won’t need a measuring cup. The bowl self measures and will show you the measurement on the tablet!
  3. Add the potatoes into the simmer basket and place inside the mixing bowl.
  4. Place the cod in the deeper steam tray and hit start on the tablet.
  5. After the machine finishes, pull out the cod and potatoes. This is where I veered from Cooking Pal’s recipe. I didn’t want to blend the cod into a casserole like dish, so I left the pieces whole and served with the steamed potatoes.
  6. Salt and pepper everything. Serve the cod with lemon and kalamato olives with the potatoes (optional).
Recipe Notes

My honest review on this piece of equipment is that I loved how everything cooks at once!  You can literally have an entire meal cook at the same time with the push of a button.  There is no jumping from the oven to the stovetop to properly time things.  The table and the Cooking Pal do it ALL for you!  So if you like home cooked meals, but hate the hassle, I can’t recommend the Cooking Pal enough.

The cod turned out so good that I cannot wait to try more recipes!!
