It’s the most dreaded time of the year (for a 40+ year old mom blogger) – swimsuit try on season! Ugh, it never does get any easier. Especially after my body continues to change and my weight fluctuates as I’ve entered my 40s.
However, I’m learning to embrace the extra pounds (for now) while I am also working towards a goal of losing 1 pound a week over the next 3 months. It sounds easy, but I know it will take serious focus, commitment and a change in my eating habits. The last time I lost weight, I was able to keep it off for years with some simple tips and tricks. Here are some of the eating habits that I used to swear by for weight maintenance.
