I recently changed out the rug in this space, that I call my meditation corner. This space is right off of the kitchen and between the living room. So it’s a great place to eat lunch and read. I also love to just stare out the window and admire the hard work that I’ve put in to creating our backyard outdoor garden oasis.
I didn’t know what I was looking for until I came across this modern, elevated, checkered rug. The flatweave geometric design has a modern vibe to it, while creating a Parisian cafe aesthetic that I am loving. This corner now feels romantic, timeless and a place where people will want to come together when we entertain.
